New favorite pastime for these two is playing in the curtains. There are two huge windows in the nursery–one window for each, but of course there are days when they both want the SAME window. They ask to do this before naps. Sometimes I refuse them because we have wasted enough time stalling that sweet afternoon reprieve. But when I slow down and avoid rushing into the next “to-do,” truly magical moments are had in the midst of the mundane.
