It’s amazing the happiness that $4.00 can buy.  On a recent trip to Wal-mart, I came across a cardboard box filled with various small flower arrangements all priced at $4.00.  I picked the best looking Gerber Daisies, and the outcome will result in more $4.00 flower purchases.  We live on a budget here, and I will not be able to do this every week.  Here and there though, it is fun to put something alive and beautiful on the kitchen windowsill, especially in the middle of a gray winter.  They lasted nearly two weeks to boot!  I spotted Sunflowers the other day, but my Gerbers were still doing well.  Hopefully they have those in the $4.00 bin again!
